Jason Goldberg has been coaching individuals and teams for the past seventeen years. Jason earned his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from Duke University. He studied to become a Master Certified Life Coach at the Certified Life Coach Institute, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Jason is also a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS) and a Nationally Certified Professional in Mediation. He earned a certificate in negotiation from the Harvard Negotiation Project. Jason received certifications as a CBT Cognitive Behavior Life Coach and a REBT Mindset Life Coach.

Jason employs active listening skills and mindful guided questioning as he coaches his clients to explore their current situation, to fully define their future vision, and to set goals and pathways to achieve the vision - whether in their personal or professional lives.

As a divorced father of two sons Jason has personally experienced the trauma of the divorce process - from decision making to co-parenting. He enjoys working with clients to support their journeys during this trying stage in their life.

Jason has worked as an executive and consultant for Fortune 500 and start-up companies, and has advised countless CEOs and executives on performance improvement. He is uniquely qualified to coach professionals seeking to improve performance or attain a new level in their careers.

Outside of work, Jason is a proud father and can often be found cheering on his sons at their matches and games. He believes in giving back to the community and currently serves as a Lieutenant of a volunteer EMS agency, and on the health and safety committee of a school district.

Jason employs practical Cognitive Behavioral Coaching techniques in his practice, but combines that with deep empathy and respect for each individual’s personality and situation. His mission is to create a safe space for his clients to share, to explore, and to grow.
